These Terms apply to purchases from and use of beadboat1.net, operated under the Beadboat1 / Bead Boat brand from Houston, Texas.
Store and products
Beadboat1 sells jewelry-making supplies, gemstone beads, permanent jewelry supplies, chains, connectors, charms, findings, tools, welders, and related products. Some products are manufactured in-house in Houston and others are sourced from third-party manufacturers or suppliers. Product pages identify material, size, origin, and other important specifications where relevant.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, materials, dimensions, and availability accurate. Natural gemstones and handmade or production items may have reasonable variations in color, pattern, inclusions, finish, and dimensions.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order charges are shown before checkout is completed. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and will contact the customer when a correction materially affects an order.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory error, payment failure, suspected fraud, product restriction, or an obvious listing error. If a paid order is cancelled by us before fulfillment, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom and made-to-order products
Products described as custom, personalized, made-to-order, or cut-to-order are produced or prepared specifically for the order and may be non-returnable. Special production requirements or lead times stated on the product page form part of the purchase terms.
Shipping and returns
Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout and are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including the 14-day request window, 20% restocking fee for eligible discretionary returns, and exclusions for cut-to-order, made-to-order, used, altered, and other specified non-returnable items.
Resale and business use
Customers purchasing for resale are responsible for determining whether their own marketing, labeling, and resale activity complies with applicable laws and marketplace requirements.
Intellectual property and prohibited use
Website content, product photography, graphics, branding, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Beadboat1 unless otherwise stated. You may not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, interference, unauthorized access, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas, United States, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
