Refund & Return Policy

Beadboat1 (also branded as Bead Boat) wants customers to receive products that match the listing and arrive in good condition.

Return window

For eligible items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Condition of returned items

Eligible returns must be unused, unaltered, in original condition and packaging, and include the order number or other information that allows us to identify the purchase.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible discretionary returns. The fee does not apply when we verify that we shipped the wrong item or that the item arrived materially damaged or defective.

Non-returnable items

• Cut-to-order chain or other materials cut to a requested length
• Made-to-order, personalized, custom, or specially manufactured connectors, charms, or other items
• Used, worn, altered, installed, or otherwise non-resalable items
• Beads removed or cut from their original strand
• Sterling silver jump rings

Any additional non-returnable condition shown clearly on a product page before purchase also applies to that item.

Natural gemstone variation

Natural gemstones may vary in color, pattern, inclusions, transparency, and exact dimensions. Minor natural variation is not considered a defect when the item otherwise matches the product description.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If you believe your order contains the wrong item or an item that arrived materially damaged or defective, contact us at beadboathelp@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos when applicable.

Return shipping and refunds

For discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable and insured service. Once an authorized return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
