- RETURNS WITHOUT THEIR ORDER NUMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FIND THE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. We will not accept any returns after 3 days.

-Reseller Policy
- Customers that buys and resell items in this store assumes all risks. We do not assume any responsibilities once the item is marketed and or resold. Please do all your due diligence if you are going buy for resale.
- Not responsible for delays in shipping by the shipping company.
- If a package is damaged by USPS, depending on the nature of the purchase we may either reship the item or issue a refund on the item. This is up to our discretion and ours alone. This does not apply for lost packages.
Product color variations
- Most beads are made of natural stones and will have color variations. We try our best to have the picture be the closest representation of the stone you are getting. However it is not feasible to get an exceptional representation every time. Therefore, unless the strand is significantly different in color from the natural variations a stone can have, we will not reimburse for slight color variations, differences in color textures, and/or differences in color transparencies. That is not to say we will not be reasonable and work with you if something does not meet your standards.
Product variations and Natural occurrences
- Please note that not all beads on every strand are going to be perfect.
At our price point, we do not reimburse for a few defective beads on a strand. That is not to say we will be unreasonable if a strand is significantly flawed.
- Natural inclusions on gemstones are not damages, it does occur.
- Not everything is going to match perfectly to what you see on your monitor or your phone. This is part of buying jewelry and beads online. Please understand this before purchasing. If you do not think something matches, please contact us, we will send a pic and help you match it before your order.
Batch variations
- Sometimes a new batch of items will have slight variations in color or something else to the original batch in the picture. We do not always take a new pictures for every new batch of items that comes in, even if it looks slightly different from the original batch in color. Please understand this before you purchase.
Product name and Descriptions
- Typos and mistakes in the description or title is not grounds for a refund if your item matches the picture in the listing. Please go by the pictures when purchasing. If there is an mistake in the title or description that is made by an obvious oversight, or if the tag on a stone does not match the description, we will not compensate for this if the item obviously matches what you see in the listing picture. We will not accept a return or give a refund for typos and/or text mistakes in the listing.
Shipping time
Due to third party (shipping companies), none of our order comes with a guaranteed delivery date. We are not responsible for any delays by the shipping company. Even with Overnight option, unforeseen factors that's out of our control will exist. All of our orders, regardless of shipping method, only has an estimated time of arrival.
Product count and Sizing
- We try to be as accurate as possible with bead size and strand length in the description, however, due to many factors we will not reimburse for slight bead size differences (0.8mm and under) nor strand length differences (1 inch shorter or less). Especially if the bead is a low priced, say $5, strand. If it is an expensive bead please message us and we will try to work something out. We will try to be as reasonable as possible.
Sizing of any item will have to be measured by a jewelry caliper. We will not accept any sizing done with hand reference, item reference, or any non concrete measurements.
-We will not accept a return if the hole size of a bead does not fit your string or if the hole size is too small or too large. Bead hole size is not grounds for return or reimbursement.
Manufacture quality and tolerance
- Will not compensate, replace, or refund for slight imperfections, defects, or damages such as paint chipping, scratches, slight color variations from photo, and/or minor detail issues or minor damages. If you want to replace them buyer has to ship them back at their own expense. Please understand this before you purchase.
Environmental Responsibility
In order to greatly reduce our plastic consumption, we use as little plastic as possible. Therefore; most orders will not include a single zip bag. Other orders will come in 1 single zip bag, we will not baggy every single item. This way, we estimate we can avoid 2000 pounds of plastic every year.
