Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Made-to-order, custom, personalized, or production items may require additional time when stated on the product page or communicated before fulfillment.

Shipping rates and methods

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on destination, package, and service selected. Expedited shipping affects carrier transit time after processing and does not eliminate processing time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and begin after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent after the order ships. Tracking may take time to begin showing movement.

International orders

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows a problem or a shipment arrives damaged, contact beadboathelp@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and provide next-step instructions.
